Pros

Consumers can purchase the new clothes when they receive the messages about new promotion or information .The compaign pushed them to visit the real store and purchase the pieces of clothing.It generates awareness of H&M and loyalty reward.On the other hand , it increases the sales of H&M.They use this platform to understand the behaviour of consumers .


Cons
Some consumers receive the content and messages from the mobile web results in poor user experience.They may ignore or delete the message immediately.Some of them respect their privacy so that they can't disclose their information through the web sites.
